FIABCI Malaysia has grown since 1975 with its objective to foster goodwill and understanding with international organizations and promote progress in developments through better systems. FIABCI Malaysia provides an excellent platform for interaction among property developers, architects, contractors, consultants, professional estate agents, interior designers and investors through its unique membership and various professional development learning and educational activities.

FIABCI Malaysia has established itself to expand into independent and challenging horizons. In tandem, it leads the Malaysian industry by instilling exceptional standards. Thus fostering nation building through development that secures quality living for all Malaysians.

FIABCI Malaysia’s membership comprises of eight main categories – Principal Members, Academic Member, Corporate Ordinary Members, Individual Ordinary Members, Young Members and Academic Student Members. At present, FIABCI Malaysia has eleven Principal Members – Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM), Real Estate & Housing Developer Association Malaysia (REHDA), Sabah Housing & Real Estate Developer Association (SHAREDA), Malaysian Shopping Malls Association (PPKM), The Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia (RISM), Association of Valuers, Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS), Sarawak Housing & Real Estate Developer’s Association (SHEDA), Malaysian Institute of Professional Estate Agents and Consultants (MIPEAC), Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), and Malaysia My Second Home Consultants Association (MM2HCA)..
